Mini Sessions
1. Eligibility:
These sessions are for children aged 6 months and older ONLY.
Children must be able to sit comfortably and unassisted.
2. Booking Policy:
Non-refundable and non-transferable: Once your session is booked, the date and time are fixed. No rescheduling is allowed under any circumstances due to limited availability of these sessions and sessions are non-refundable once booked.
No selling or transferring your booking: You may not sell or transfer your booked session to another individual.
The session is committed to the date and time slot you select. No exceptions and no refunds will be provided once the booking is made.
If the photographer cancels the session entirely, a refund of the booking fee will be issued.
3. Lateness & No-Show Policy:
It is crucial to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled at the photographer's discretion, as sessions are scheduled back-to-back.
If you arrive late but within your session window, the remaining time will be used, and the number of images delivered will reflect the reduced session time.
If you are a "no-show," you forfeit the session and the booking fee.
4. Uncooperative Participants:
No session will be rescheduled or refunded due to uncooperative individuals, including children or adults who may not cooperate during the session.
5. Final Image Delivery:
All final images will be delivered within 14 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer's control may occur.
6. Payment & Confirmation:
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. Please do not assume your spot is secured without this confirmation.
7. Agreement:
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
