Additional Christmas Mini Sessions – Terms and Conditions

1.  Eligibility:
   - These sessions are for children aged 6 months and older including parents. (excluding the Kids Christmas Mini Session which are for kids only)
   - Babies must be able to sit comfortably and unassisted. If a baby cannot sit alone, a parent must be included in the session and hold the baby.
   - All participants must arrive dressed and ready to start the session immediately upon arrival.

2. Booking Policy:
   - Non-refundable and non-transferable: Once your session is booked, the date and time are fixed. No rescheduling is allowed under any circumstances due to limited availability of these sessions.

-No session swaps: Once your session is booked, you cannot swap for any other Christmas session setup we are offering.

- No selling or transferring your booking: You may not sell or transfer your booked session to another individual.
   - The session is committed to the date and time slot you select. No exceptions and no refunds will be provided once the booking is made.
   - If the photographer cancels the session entirely, a refund of the booking fee will be issued.

3. Lateness & No-Show Policy:
   - It is crucial to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late , your session may be canceled at the photographer's discretion, as sessions are scheduled back-to-back.
   - If you arrive late but within your session window, the remaining time will be used, and the number of images delivered will reflect the reduced session time.
   - If you are a "no-show," you forfeit the session and the booking fee.
   
4. Uncooperative Participants:
   - No session will be rescheduled or refunded due to uncooperative individuals, including children or adults who may not cooperate during the session.

5.  Final Image Delivery:
   - All final images will be delivered by December 24th, ensuring clients receive their photos before Christmas. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the photographer's control may occur.

6. Payment & Confirmation:
   - Your booking is not confirmed until you receive payment confirmation. Please do not assume your spot is secured without this confirmation.
   
7. Agreement:
   - By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
